You don’t need to be a CPA—we’re looking for people who know how to do tax returns and get

things done. If you’ve got real-world experience and are comfortable sourcing your own leads or

client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Proven Tax Experience

You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses, and you're confident in your ability to handle diverse financial .

Client Relationship Builder

You’re skilled at sourcing your own leads and building strong client relationships—turning first-time clients into long-term partners through trust, consistency.

Tech-Savvy with Tax Tools

You have a solid grasp of tax software and digital platforms, ensuring smooth, efficient filing processes and the ability to manage multiple clients without missing a detail.

Self-Directed Ready

Working independently comes naturally to you. You thrive in a remote setting, stay accountable without supervision, and consistently meet deadlines with precision.

Communication & Care

You combine excellent communication with a genuine focus on service—keeping clients informed, reassured, and confident every step of the way.

QuickBooks & Small Biz

Experience with QuickBooks and small business finance workflows is a strong advantage, helping you support clients beyond just taxes and into smarter financial systems.

Compensation Structure

We provide expert advice for all size businesses.

This is a draw + commission role, ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build and

own their client base. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your income based on performance,

with support from an established financial services firm.
